GN Double Deck Shaker

The double deck shaker always working for larger capacity or shaker and desilter combination. There are different design for double deckshaker. KemTron Tango shaker is a double deck with top and bottom same area size. GN top deck is smaller than the bottom deck and it make the bottom deck is visable to check screen performance and more convenient for replace shaker screen.

GN Hi-G shaker

The Hi-G shaker always working on drilling wastement with longger shaker deck to drying solids. GNZS83-3 shaker is a best choice for the Hi-G shaker with 3 pc shaker screen. This screen width is longger than other brand which make the total 3 pcs screen is longger than Brandt or Derrick with bigger screan area. As it’s wedge type screen, 3 pc screen make the effective screen area is larger for better performance

GN Single Deck Shaker

GN singgle deck shaker have 2 or 3 pc screen deck depending on mud capacity requirement. For oil and gas drilling, clients will need atleaset 3pc screen deck shaker. For HDD/CBM drilling, some clients will choose the 2 screen deck shaker to meet their requirement but save cost

2/3/4 Panel Shale Shaker

When clients choose a shaker, the treating capacity will be a very important spec. Normally the larger capacity the more panel no. . You can’t say 4 panel shaker is better than the 3 panel shaker just because it’s larger capacity and price is more expesive. The shaker that meet requirement and compact on cost is the best one to suilt the job. For example, you project need 150GPM capacity why you choose a 4 panel shaker? Performance will be good but 2 panel shaker will meet the job and will be much lower price.

The longger shaker deck, the better for drying performance. Depending on your request of the drying fuctions, you can choose 3 or 4 panel shaker

Linear or BEM Shaker

Linear motion shale shaker is the most popular shaker all over the world, it’s more steady on quality and performance. BEM shaker is the most advanced technoligy and will be better to enlarge a shaker’s capacity and better to avoid screen block. Some clients like the linear shaker because it’s more steady and some like the BEM shaker because it’s more mud capacity. Some times, it’s just different taste just like some like BMW and some others like Mercedes-Benz.

GNZS853 compared with GNZS634 Hi-G dryer shaker.

1) GNZS853 is 3 –panel hi-G dryer, its screen area is larger than the GNZS634 4-panel hi-G dryer. The larger the screen area is, the dryer the cutting is. Total deck screen length is 2550mm, the total deck screen length of GNZS63-4 is 2520mm. Total screen area of GNZS85-3 is 3.2m2, but the total screen area of GNZS63-4 is only 3.15m2. And GNZS85-3’s screen area and total deck length is larger than Derrick 4-panle shale shaker/mud cleaner. So 4-panel shaker is not must be better than 3-panel shaker.

2) GN screen is frame type, the less deck , the more active screen it have. So the 3 deck screen will have more pocent of active screen area.

Decanter centrifuge working environment

Decanter Centrifuge working principle

 The centrifuge of series LW（G） is driven by two motors. The main motor drives the drum and outer casing of differential through the belt. And the auxiliary motor, after shifting gears by the differential, will drive spiral propeller, which will make the drum and the spiral propeller rotate in the same direction with revolution difference possessed to some extent.
And when the material is fed into the inner canister of the spiral propeller from the feed pipe, the material will be flowing to the drum wall through material exit. The degree phase of the material is different because it is subjected to different centrifugal force and so, the material with heavy phase will be quickly accumulated onto the inner wall of drum while the material with light phase will slowly stick to the surface of heavy phase, a layer of interface to be formed between degree phases. And along with increase of heavy phase accumulation, the top end of spiral vanes will be inserted into the accumulated layer of heavy phase. By this step, the drum and spiral impeller are rotating with high speed in the same direction, having differential speed value to some extent. And the relative revolution difference is making grain of heavy phase move to the material exit on the small end while the liquid of light phase is forming into passage, flowing to the exit of liquid phase. The overflowing mouth position of liquid phase is controlled by the regulating plate.

The FLC 503 and 504 shale shakers offer many features of the FLC 500 series shakers but at a lower cost. Powered by two Derrick Super G vibrating motors, the 503 is a 3-panel machine that operates at 7.0 Gs, and the 504 is a 4-panel shaker operating at 7.3 Gs (Super G² motors are available as an option). Processing rates vary from 560 GPM of a 17.8 PPG fluid using DX-A140* screens on an FLC 503 to more than 900 GPM of a 9.1 PPG fluid with DX-A140* screens on an FLC 504. The available screening area per API RP 13C for the FLC 503 is 24.9 square foot with the Pyramid screen and 34.5 square foot with the Pyramid Plus screen. For the FLC 504 the available screening area per API RP 13C is 33.2 square foot with the Pyramid screen and 46.0 square foot with the Pyramid Plus screen.
